These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and doen55 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at doen55.net. By accessing, registering on, or using the doen55 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

To register an account with doen55 and use any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. doen55 operates a strict minimum age policy and will require age verification documents before processing any withdrawal requests. Registration by any person below this age is strictly prohibited.
• You must register as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Registration on behalf of another person, a corporation, a partnership, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of doen55 or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have had a prior doen55 account that was suspended, terminated, or closed for violation of these Terms or any other platform policy.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. doen55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any point and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the doen55 platform at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially following account closure — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on doen55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). doen55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL inter-bank transfer, UBL inter-bank transfer, Meezan Bank inter-bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network).

All bets placed on doen55 — whether on sports markets including PSL cricket, bilateral series, ICC tournaments, or on casino games and slots — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type, in addition to these general Terms.

• A bet is only confirmed once doen55 has issued a written confirmation (on-screen or via account history). Bets that have not received a confirmation reference should not be assumed to have been placed.
• doen55 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred in the published odds, whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Bets voided for this reason will be refunded at the stake amount.
• In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, doen55's event-specific rules will govern settlement. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will generally be refunded.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at doen55's discretion. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if the outcome of the event was known or strongly indicated at the time of placement.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets placed by a single player within any 24-hour period is subject to limits set by doen55 at its discretion and notified within the relevant product area.
• doen55 takes no responsibility for connectivity issues, device failures, or internet outages that may result in a bet not being placed or confirmed.

doen55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the doen55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account, whether with or without their knowledge.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds in connection with criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over doen55 or other players, or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or mis-priced odds, and failing to report such errors to doen55 promptly upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players or with doen55 staff to manipulate outcomes on any game or betting market.
• Placing bets on sports events or casino games where you have insider knowledge of the outcome not available to the general public.
• Engaging in any conduct that doen55 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward its staff or other players.

doen55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the doen55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of doen55's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, doen55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the doen55 platform.

doen55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your doen55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

doen55 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. doen55 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform, including sports data, odds, or game information.

doen55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the doen55 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the doen55 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and use of the platform — including name, contact details, CNIC information, and financial transaction records — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and service improvement. doen55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which doen55 holds its international gaming licence.
